BARTLEY STUDIOS PHOTOSHOOT CANCELLATION POLICY
At Bartley Studios, we take great care in providing a personalised and high-quality photography experience. As a small, independent studio, we work with only a handful of clients daily to ensure every session is given the time, attention, and expertise it deserves.
To secure your appointment, we require a debit or credit card at the time of booking. No payment is taken from the card, it is securely stored on our system and a £25 payment is only taken if you need to cancel or rearrange within the 5 days, or if you fail to attend your appointment.
Because we reserve an exclusive 1.5 to 2-hour slot just for you—along with the preparation, studio time, and staff involved—we kindly ask for at least 5 days’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. This allows us the opportunity to offer your time slot to another family who may be waiting for an appointment.
If less than 5 days’ notice is given, a £25 cancellation or rescheduling fee will be automatically charged. This helps cover a small proportion of the costs associated with reserving your dedicated session time and ensures we can continue offering a professional service to all of our clients.
