Freelance Temporary Position
6 weekends from Saturday 9th November to Sunday 15th December 2024
£250 per weekend (approx 14 hours) including travel expenses + Bonus Potential
Bartley Portrait Studios are a leading independent photography studio in the centre of Warrington, Cheshire. We specialise in family photography with a unique, creative, and natural style.
During the Christmas period, we have a location event each weekend at Bents Garden & Home, starting from 9th November for 6 consecutive weekends until Sunday 15th December.
This annual event is called ‘Bent’s Little Face of Christmas’ where we photograph children of all ages (including babies) in our Christmas studio setup. The photo shoot is free to visitors and the images are available to view on Facebook a few days later.
We are looking for a Freelance Portrait Photographer to photograph at this event who can commit to the full 6 weekends. There may also be an opportunity to work additional hours at the studio each week to edit the images that were taken using Lightroom and Photoshop (to be discussed)
What is the role?
We are providing a ‘mini’ Xmas Photoshoot Experience at Bents Garden and Home in Warrington, one of the country’s most renowned garden and lifestyle centres!
To work within the Bartley Studios guidelines for exceptional quality and customer experience, giving the clients a ‘taster’ for what to expect at Bartley.
To work alongside our sales team to ensure the operation runs smoothly and efficiently.
Who are we looking for?
Must have previous experience in photographing children of different ages.
Excellent organisational, efficiency and time management skills.
A strong eye for composition and capturing expressions is paramount.
A presentable, enthusiastic, and confident person with excellent interpersonal skills and a ‘can do’ attitude.
