We love our pets, and they love us back.
We also love to show off their characters and personalities and capturing this in a fantastic portrait is the best way to do that.
Dog photography is hugely popular at the moment, and is also so much fun, with an almost limitless variety of results ranging from the crazy and hilarious, to sentimental and moving.
Dog photography might be what immediately springs to mind, but we’ve had parrots, snakes, lizards, tortoises, rabbits and even a skunk named Gumdrop photographed in our studio.
Just like with families or kids, it’s great to show off our pets’ individuality and identity with any belongings or toys they might have. So for Buster’s dog portrait, bring along his neck scarf and chew toy, and for Fluffy’s cat portrait, bring her favourite cushion or sponge mouse.
Of course, none of this is compulsory. Your idea of the perfect dog photograph might be a simplistic black and white, with no props or objects in sight. This is completely fine, we suit the session around your needs, and your pets’ whims!
You might think your pet is too chaotic or unruly to bring for a photoshoot… don’t worry. We’re vastly experienced with dogs of all breeds and sizes, and with pets in general, and with over an hour booked out for you, there’s plenty of time for your pet to get acclimatised to the new surroundings and feel comfortable.
