SATURDAY RECEPTIONIST / ADMIN ASSISTANT
Bartley Portrait Studios are an exciting and unique family photography studio in Warrington. We specialise in creating individual and bespoke images of our clients whilst delivering a fantastic client experience.
We are recruiting for a Saturday Front of House Receptionist for 8 hrs each week
The role will be to support the studio on all administrative duties such as data input, administering voucher packs for clients and answering the telephone. You will also be required to meet and welcome our clients whilst helping them to receive an amazing experience.
Another ideal part of the role is to be involved with our Facebook and other social media accounts, creating content, sharing clients’ images along with writing and administrating blog content for our website.
We therefore seek someone who is confident with a bubbly personality, outgoing, and very well presented with relevant previous experience.
Excellent written and oral communication skills are therefore a must.
Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative.
It’s especially beneficial if you are good with children and animals!
