Christmas Event Assistant
*Temporary Position*

6 weekends from Saturday 8th November to Sunday 14th December 2025

£8.00 – £10.50 per HOUR (approx 14 hours per weekend) depending on age 

Weekend Assistant Required to assist Bartley Portrait Studios at our ‘pop up’ photography studio at Bents Garden & Home

We’re looking for a confident, bubbly, and motivated individual to assist us at our annual pop-up portrait studio event at Bents Garden & Home this Christmas. Must have a friendly and welcoming manner and be great at interacting with both children and their parents!

The role will involve blowing up balloons (using a machine – don’t panic!) and walking around the busy store giving out balloons to children, directing them to our studio, and assisting our team on our Christmas event.

Must be 16+ and would be perfectly suited for a student to earn some extra Christmas money!

Approx 6-7 hours per day from 9.30am – 4pm. Must be able to commit to all 6 weekends which are:

8th & 9th November

15th & 16th November

22nd& 23rd November

29th November & 30th November

6th & 7th December

13th & 14th December

As Bents Garden & Home is located in Glazebury, it would be ideal to live close by in Leigh or Culcheth or be able to arrange transportation easily.
