WEEKEND RECEPTIONIST

Bartley Portrait Studios are a premium, independent portrait photography business that has been trading in Warrington for nearly 20 years.

We specialise in creating individual and bespoke images of our clients whilst delivering a fantastic client experience.

We are recruiting for a Weekend Front of House Receptionist for one weekend day per week (8.45am – 5.15pm) PLUS there may also be availability occasionally for additional hours during the week.

Hourly rate of pay will be £8-£11 per hour depending on age and experience.

This position would perfectly suit someone in further education looking for a position to work around their studies.

THE ROLE

First of all, you will be required to meet and welcome our clients whilst helping them to receive an amazing experience when arriving for photoshoots and viewing appointments. Offering refreshments and making sure that everyone is comfortable.

The role will be to support the studio on all administrative duties such as data input, answering the telephone and showing clients their products when they come to collect.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for someone who is confident, with a bubbly personality, and very well presented with excellent attention to detail.

Excellent written and oral communication skills are a must.

Have experience with Microsoft Office especially Excel.

Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative.

It’s especially beneficial if you are good with children and animals!
