What was your reason for having a photoshoot?
Due to my Neurofibromatosis I really don’t like having my photo taken. I thought having this shoot would mean I could have a couple of photos up in the house I was comfortable displaying.
Tell us about your family and your interests
My daughter Elayna loves Pokemon. She has lots of cuddly pokemon that she brought to the shoot. Darren loves to play rugby and on the play station. I assist in running a Drama Group and a youth fellowship for young people aged 13+.
Had you ever done anything like this before?
No we did once have some photos taken at Darrens house about 13 years ago but it wasn’t like this.
What props and personal items did you bring and why?
Lots of Pokemon and a Poker ball. They are Elaynas favourite and she wanted some photos with them.
Were you worried about any parts of the session beforehand and if so what?
Just what I would look like and hoped that we had at least one family photo we could treasure.
Tell us about the favourite parts of your experience and why you enjoyed them
They way the photographer made us feel so relaxed.
What advice do you have for other clients coming for a shoot with us?
Listen to your photographer and his ideas and you will come away with some fantastic photos to treasure.
